Sebastian Bernal, Economics Sophomore

Hi! I am Sebastian Bernal and I want to be your student body vice president next year! I thrive on being a self-motivated, passionate and hard-working student leader with a strong sense of compassion and dedication for our Loyola community.

I am a very approachable, positive, caring and enthusiastic individual with strong convictions to really impact Loyola and make student life much better. Since I first arrived at Loyola, I have been working hard to improve all aspects of student life by being heavily involved in many school activities and several student organizations.

Although student government is one of my strongest passions, I also enjoy participating in other organizations all around campus such as UPB, ISA, AKPSI, Krewe Leader, Reslife, and yes, even the Quidditch team! Being part of such a diverse group of student organizations has given me great knowledge and experience about Loyola and our student body.

Whether it is by helping program events that involve 20 tons of sneaux or free international food for everyone at the school’s country fair, I always enjoy getting things done and being part of events that everybody loves. Please check out my platform on Facebook and contact me if you have questions, comments or suggestions.

Thank you so much for all the support! I am so excited for this campaign and the upcoming elections. Please remember to vote on Blackboard Friday. Your input is very valuable so make your vote count! Vote Sebas for VP!
