In the annual event, the Loyola track and field team sported 17 athletes named to the All Conference teams at the SSAC Awards.

Sophomore star, Leah Banks was selected First Team All-Conference with her 1:06,41 first place finish in the 400 meter hurdles.

Freshman Jarrett Richard was named 2017 Freshman of the Year and Third Team All-Conference in the 100 meter dash.

Other notable mentions is Taylor Haggis named to the First Team All-Conference for first place in shot put, and Meghan Temple was also named First Team All-Conference for her efforts in discus.

Malcolm Pitchford earned a spot on the Second Team All-Conference for his second place finish in the 400 meter hurdles. Pitchford also joins Melvin Bergeron, Hank Hendrix, and Brian Davis on the Second Team All-Conference in the 4×800 relay.
