PARLIAMENT SHOOTING

AT LEAST FIVE PEOPLE WERE KILLED AND 40 WOUNDED YESTERDAY IN LONDON ACCORDING TO POLICE…THE ATTACK BEGAN WHEN A DRIVER DROVE INTO A CROWD ON THE WESTMINSTER BRIDGE. THE ATTACKER THEN STABBED POLICE OFFICER, KEITH PALMER, AT PARLIAMENT…POLICE SHOT THE MAN ARMED WITH THE KNIFE AND NOW SAY A QUOTE FULL COUNTER-TERRORISM INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW MORE AS THIS STORY DEVELOPS.

SPITFIRE

BACK ON CAMPUS… LOYOLA’S THEATRE DEPARTMENT WILL WELCOME A NEW SHOW TO THE STAGE TONIGHT CALLED THE SPITFIRE GRILL. THE SHOW IS AN AMERICAN DRAMA THAT FOCUSES ON SOCIAL JUSTICE ISSUES. TONIGHT’S PERFORMANCE BEGINS AT 7:30 IN THE LOWER DEPTHS THEATRE. TICKETS ARE $8 FOR LOYOLA STUDENTS OR FACULTY… AND $12 FOR GENERAL ADMISSION. THE SHOW WILL RUN UNTIL APRIL 1ST.

AIRBAND

AND AT 8:30 LOYOLA’S GREEK ORGANIZATIONS WILL GET DOWN IN THE SPORTS COMPLEX AT AIRBAND. EACH ORGANIZATION HAS PICKED A THEME, COSTUMES AND COREOGRAPHED A DANCE TO COMPETE AND WIN POINTS AS GREEK WEEK IS COMING TO A CLOSE.
