SoFAB gives foodies a taste of the South

From Creole jambalaya to bananas foster, southern foodies can experience how to create NOLA dishes firsthand by participating in the “Taste of New Orleans” cooking class at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum.

Presented by the SoFAB Institute,“Taste of New Orleans” weekly lunch demonstrations explore the in-depth creations of traditional New Orleans dishes.

Classes are held inside the Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air.

General admission is $40 with a private tour of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum included, while SoFAB members receive a discounted ticket price.
