Loyola Natural History Club will host a black light event in Audubon Park, Thursday Sept. 24 near the Audubon Clubhouse.

Zack Lemann, animal and visitor programs manager at the Audubon Butterfly Garden Insectarium, will inform attendees about attracting, collecting and identifying insects. Anyone interested in partaking in this informal learning environment is welcome to join. Participates are encouraged to bring water, snacks, flashlight/headlamp, bug spray, field guides, collecting jars and cameras. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.
