BRIEF: Masters degree program opposed

Loyola University’s Standing Council for Academic Planning opposed a proposal to implement a Master of Arts in Austrian Economics degree.

The proposal was submitted by William Locander, dean of the College of Business, and William Barnett, business professor, on behalf of the College of Business.

It passed through and was approved by the College Review and the University Courses and Curriculum Committee which recommended that it be moved forward to the next level of review.
