Loyola student Ruth “Rudy” Carter has been missing since May 28. Anyone who has seen or heard from Carter is asked to call NOPD or LUPD immediately.

 

The New Orleans police department is currently seeking help in locating 21-year-old Ruth “Rudy” Carter, who was last seen May 28 at a party on Freret Street.

Carter is a marketing senior at Loyola.

A statement from NOPD describes Carter as “an African American female, fair skin, brown eyes, black hair and approximately 5’2″ in height and approximately 120 pounds.”

Carter was last seen wearing black shorts and a pink t-shirt. The NOPD statement said Carter is in need of her medication.
