The City of New Orleans alerts residents of 2013 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival taxi fare regulations.
This Jazz Festival weekend, taxicab rates to and from the Fairgrounds will have a set price of $5 per passenger, according to the city of New Orleans Taxicab and For Hire Bureau.
The bureau is urging all customers to request receipts from their Taxicab drivers so customers are provided with essential information about the whereabouts of lost items. In addition, the receipts are expected to assist with follow up compliments and complaints.
