BRIEF: LUPD tells students to move bikes

The year is ending, and as students move out, University Police wants to remind them to take their bikes with them. All bicycles on campus need to be removed from the bike racks by May 20. If you are a student staying for the summer semester, you should contact University Police by May 20.

This requirement is something specified in the parking regulations brochure at the beginning of the year. All bicycles not removed will be considered abandoned, and students will not be reimbursed for bicycles or damaged locks.

The bikes that are considered abandoned will be auctioned off in the fall.
