Party-goers enjoy Mid-summer Mardi Gras, which was celebrated on Oak Street on Aug. 31. The paraders marched down South Carrollton Avenue to Palmer Park and back to Oak Street. The theme this year was “OAKtopussy Riot: A Tribute to James Bondage.”
