Provost Manganaro resigns

Provost Marc Manganaro has resigned according to an email to faculty from the Rev. Kevin Wildes, S.J., university president.

Manganaro assumed the position of provost in 2012, and during his tenure, has created and implemented the Transforming Loyola 2020 plan, led the restructuring of the colleges and chaired several committees and task force initiatives.

In the email, President Wildes thanked Manganaro for his service at Loyola and said that he has contacted The Registry, an association that aids in the placement of interim executive leaders in higher education institutions, to assist in the search for a new provost.

Manganaro will continue as provost until a replacement has been found.
