Applications open for Moazami scholarship

Loyola’s Department of History is now accepting applications for the Mrs. Fatemah Moazami Endowed Scholarship in Middle Peace Studies.

The scholarship’s purpose is to promote excellence in the field of Middle East History and Peace Studies by offering incentives to eligible students. The scholarship will be awarded in the 2016-2017 academic year to one or more undergraduate students of Middle East Peace Studies.

Applicants must be a sophomore, junior or senior with a major or minor in peace studies and a minimum cumulative 3.3 GPA.

Women of Middle Eastern origin are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, October 21, 2016.
