Chinese festival lights up botanical garden

The+Peacock+in+the+Peacocks+and+Birds+display+was+one+of+30+light+displays+at+the+Chinese+Lights+exhibit+in+City+Parks+Botanical+Gardens.+The+Chinese+Lights+exhibit+will+be+on+display+from+February+23+to+May+1.

The Peacock in the Peacocks and Birds display was one of 30 light displays at the Chinese Lights exhibit in City Park’s Botanical Gardens. The Chinese Lights exhibit will be on display from February 23 to May 1.

China Lights at New Orleans City Park transformed the Botanical Gardens into a Chinese lantern display, created by a team of over 100 artists and the technical staff at Sichuan Tianyu. The festival features pieces designed in Zigong, China and will be running from February 23 through May 1, 2016.
