After all, we have that little thing called Mardi Gras. And for those hankering for just one more day to drink at any hour without it being inappropriate, look no further than St.

The newly reorganized College of Music and Fine Arts is ready for its coming out. The college is holding the first ever Music and Fine Arts Festival on Friday, March 28. Event coordinator Ashley Shabankareh said she's excited about the new festival. Shabankareh, music education and music industries studies junior, said the festival is a collage of the college's offerings and a culmination of the year's work.
Loyola's campus gained some aesthetic appeal when a steel structure intruded on the lawn of the academic quad Wednesday morning. Local artist David Borgerding donated his latest sculpture, "Tapatawpa," now installed between Bobet and Marquette Halls. "This piece is abstract," Borgerding said.
