Brief: Local athlete Competes in Paralympics

Born without part of his left arm, Mark LeBlanc is an accomplished sailor. The Paralympic Games are occurring this month in England. LeBlanc is one of 80 other sailors competing for top marks at the competition. LeBlanc held his position as the president of the sailing club at LSU and was a member of the U.S. Disabled Sailing Team.
