Brief: Law School hosts transparency conference

The College of Law will host the XIIth Congress of the International Association of Legal Methodology. The free event focusing on transparency will host more than 20 scholars from Europe and North America and features discussion of the many aspects of openness in government. Attendees will discuss secrecy and confidentiality in government, as well as the conditions needed to achieve transparency in governments. The event will take place in room 308 of the College of Law Nov. 1, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Nov. 2, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
