Expressway declared public health hazard by city officials

New Orleans city officials, homeless advocates and police converge under the Pontchartrain Expressway before dawn Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014 to move out the approximately 150 homeless people have been living under the bridge. Many of the people there got up and left once the crackdown started while others had to be talked to before they would vacate the encampment.
